Who we are
Combi Boilers (combi-boilers.co.uk) is an independent boiler information site.
What we collect when you request a quote
Your name, email, phone number, postcode and the details you enter about your home and boiler.
What we do with it
We share it with one Gas Safe registered installer who covers your postcode, so they can contact you about your quote. We tell you who that installer is on the confirmation page and by email. The installer may charge us a fee for the introduction. We do not sell your details to anyone else.
If no installer covers your area, we don't share your details. We delete them after a short period.
Lawful basis
Your consent, which you give using the checkbox on the quote form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
Matched enquiries are kept for up to 6 months for billing and dispute purposes, then deleted. Unmatched enquiries are deleted after 30 days.
Cookies and affiliate links
Affiliate links go through /go/ links on our site. Partners may set their own cookies when you click through. Page and click data we record is stored with a hashed IP address, never your raw IP.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
